Our responsibilities to you:

We will fund and book travel from the West Midlands, admission and accommodation costs upfront on your behalf. We will also provide a subsistence allowance for the trip, expenditure to be proven via suitable receipts. We will not be liable for additional costs incurred or for any expenditure without the production of valid receipts.

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance and travel documents including a passport with a minimum of 6 months’ validity. This is a compulsory condition of your attendance on the visit. You will also be liable to pay the full costs incurred for your trip should you cancel your place or fail to attend, and will be billed accordingly if this is the case.

Terms and conditions:

You must be a West Midlands based, automotive Tier 2 SME to qualify for the study visits on offer.

Only one individual per company can attend any single visit; however the same individual can apply for more than 1 visit.

Subsistence allowance per participant per day is £40.

All visits are subject to availability and the organiser reserves the right to cancel visits or suggest a suitable alternative if the required level of participants is not met.
